The Ball Trail is a nice loop.  There are two ways to access this property.  Access is from Cooneymus Road by a private right of way, Dicken’s Road. The main access to the property is over a stile and via a 15-foot pedestrian easement, located on the left side of the road.  It is also possible to access to this property is through the Win Dodge Preserve walking trail.  Ball contains a short hilly loop.  From this property you can continue onto the walking trail on the Win Dodge Preserve or walk down Dicken’s road and visit the Dicken’s Farm open space.
